The prostep ivip Symposium isn’t just another conference. It’s where the brightest minds in engineering – especially from the automotive elite – converge in a confidential, high-trust space. When COVID-19 erased the possibility of meeting in person, the question wasn’t just how to go digital – it was how to preserve the soul of the event.
Solution
We conceived and designed a custom-built platform tailored to the unique DNA of the symposium. Intelligent matchmaking tools, frictionless networking, and a modular system for keynotes, workshops, and trend sessions created an environment where spontaneous exchange met structured insight – without losing the human touch. A virtual exhibition space and sponsor integration ensured that brand presence, lead generation, and visibility were as impactful as in the physical setting.
